Pete Burns, Nightmares in Wax, 1980

Nightmares in Wax were one of my favourite local bands during the last days of Eric’s, partly because Pete Burns had such great stage presence. Most people hated them.

I reviewed their gig on 14th February 1980, and on the back of that was allowed to do an interview as well. Here they both are.
